4/16/2024 0 Comments Mm actual size chart thanks![]() Thanks and remember you talking to a complete novice (read dummy) Ian I have been trying out known printed sizes against the pixel sizes and increasing or decreasing the sizes and saveing them and printing them out and measuring again but it is useing up a lot of ink doing it this way (trial and error) one i made bigger ended up printing out 8 sheets os A4 with a bit of the image on eack one!!! so is there a simple way of gaugeing sizes, i dont know how to change the px boxes into mm, i dont need dead on exact figures, to within a mm or two will be fine, ![]() ![]() My question is how do you relate actual printed final version size lets say in Centimeters or milimeters to the pixel sizes on the two H and W boxes? ![]() Hi all! this is my first question post (1st of many i'm guessing) so please forgive me if i seem somwhat thick, i only downloaded inkscape a week ago and so am very new to all this, mainly i want to be able to either copy and resize images or make my own, these are mainly for model making purposes so i can have a go at makeing decals, i have managed to creat a simple logo for a truck and trailer i/m building (1/25th scale) the truck came with "Blue Circle Southern cement" decals and i managed to draw a likness of the circle part of it whicj is basicly a blue circle with yellow center and on this is a white filled outline of Australia (i managed to remove the backgrouns color thanks to a Caroline Jones utube vid along with her resizing vid these have been very helpfull, text fot the logo i can manage on wordart, ![]()
